Atlantis is embarking on the best season in Colorado, or least the most visited season by visitors. The idea for this Adventure trip is to SKI or SNOWBOARD or both if you feel so inclined. With many Coloradans having multiple ski passes and preferences, Atlantis Personal Training is having a central hub for adventure. This year we embark on the pleasant winter village of Frisco, right in the heart of Ski County.

The idea of our Adventure Trips is to get you out of the house and enjoy the beauty of Colorado’s outdoors and do some fun activity with others. In the meantime, Atlantis will be educating you on the proper nutrition throughout our daily meals and providing some daily yoga and Pilates (optional but encouraged). Atlantis guarantees that this ski/snowboarding vacation will be the most memorable time you have this winter.
